Reception available daily

The reception is open daily from 08:00 to 16:00 (after 16:00 Check-in possible via our self check-in machine at the reception) and during these hours we will be happy to accommodate you and provide any recommendations or assistance with:

• Reservation of our professional taxi drivers at a very reasonable price before or during your stay. (Please email us to arrange)
• Tours around and outside Olomouc
• Finding the best way to experience Czech cuisine, creating a reservation for you

Prepared with care

Our cleaning team will take care of every detail to make the Apartment perfect for your arrival. Fresh, clean linens are provided, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need during your extended stay. In case you need extra services during your stay, we can offer you the following:

• Use of a washing machine for a fee of CZK 200/24h (washing powder and fabric softener included)
• Change the linen in the room or clean the room during your stay (available daily between 11:00 - 14:00), please inform the reception.

Price list:

Change of towels - 125/person including VAT
Change of linen - 250/person including VAT
Complete cleaning of the room (including change of towels and linen) - 350 crowns including VAT

When staying longer than 6 days, i.e. every seventh day, cleaning once a week is included in the price.
